These terms cover your use of Tracks. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Tracks has profiles, usernames and leaderboards, which means it has people. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Accounts that harass other riders, impersonate someone, or use an offensive display name or username will be removed, without warning and without a refund of anything.
You need an account to use Tracks, you must be at least 13 years old to create one, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
The things other riders can see — your display name, your username and your profile — are yours to choose, within these limits. You agree not to use:
We may remove or change a name that breaks these rules, and may suspend or delete the account behind it.
If another rider is behaving abusively, report it to trackssubwayapp@gmail.com. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Include the username so it can be found.

Tracks is a game about riding the subway. It is not a navigation or trip-planning tool, it has no live service information, and it should not be relied on to catch a train, to know whether a line is running, or to find your way anywhere. Use the MTA’s own information for that.
Route detection is a best guess made from GPS, and it will sometimes be wrong. That is a known and accepted property of the app, not a defect.
Tracks is provided as-is, with no warranty. It is an independent project and may change, break, or stop being available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use Tracks after that means you accept the new version.
